CoreWeave has launched ARIA, a new AI research agent integrated into the Weights & Biases (W&B) platform designed to automate the review and analysis of AI experiment data. ARIA processes thousands of experiment runs and tens of thousands of metrics within minutes, performing tasks that researchers previously handled manually through dashboards and custom analysis notebooks.
ARIA—short for AI Research and Iteration Agent—functions as a smart coding assistant that activates as soon as a researcher accesses a project in W&B. It reads experimental runs, maps the project's overall structure, and generates dynamic visualizations such as heat maps for parameter sweeps, parallel coordinate plots for hyperparameter interactions, and bar charts comparing configurations. These dashboards update in real time and remain accessible to the entire research team.
Designed for autonomous operation, ARIA can execute the entire research cycle independently: hypothesizing, launching experiments, analyzing outcomes, and recommending improvements continuously. The agent maintains full context across projects, enabling cross-team visibility and pattern recognition across hundreds of thousands of logged metrics. It is also available through the W&B mobile app, allowing researchers to monitor experiments remotely.
The launch of ARIA coincides with the general availability of CoreWeave’s W&B Weave platform, which underpins the agent’s development capabilities. CoreWeave leverages its extensive experience in large-scale AI training infrastructure to enhance model iteration workflows, addressing the growing gap between rapid model innovation and slower, manual experiment management tools.
CoreWeave acquired Weights & Biases in a significant deal finalized in May 2025 and has since merged it into its cloud infrastructure focused on GPU-powered AI workloads. The introduction of ARIA continues CoreWeave’s strategy to unify training, inference, and observability within AI development, aiming to speed up the journey from raw experimentation to actionable insights.
