Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency has finalized a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement to develop a $5 million hotel complex, branded "Relax-Inn," alongside a new social crisis center in Karakol. The venture unites the investment agency, the State Enterprise "Unified Management Company 'Issyk-Kul'," and the private company "Kedra," with the latter financing the entire construction.

The forthcoming hotel will feature between 100 and 200 beds and incorporate modern digital infrastructure and energy-efficient technologies. Designed to international standards, the complex aims to elevate the region’s hospitality offerings with advanced wellness facilities, corporate business centers, and contemporary public spaces.

The project intends to strengthen tourism appeal in the Issyk-Kul region, creating job opportunities and supporting economic growth. As part of the investment’s social responsibility plan, the private partner will also build a fully equipped crisis center. This facility, once completed, will be handed over to the state without charge, enhancing community social services.
