The 2027 Chevy Blazer EV will carry over its pricing from the earlier model year, even as it introduces several enhancements aimed at improving customer experience and charging convenience. Most notably, Chevrolet is integrating a standard NACS charging port that allows direct access to Tesla’s expansive Supercharger network without needing an adapter.

This shift to the North American Charging Standard (NACS) follows General Motors’ recent adoption of the format across its electric vehicle lineup, beginning with the 2026 Cadillac Optiq. With over 250,000 Tesla chargers accessible, this update represents a significant convenience upgrade for Blazer EV owners. GM will continue to provide adapters to maintain compatibility with CCS charging stations at home and on other networks.

Alongside charging improvements, the 2027 Blazer EV also expands its audio options. The previously exclusive Bose premium eight-speaker sound system, standard only on the SS trim, is now available as an add-on for the LT and RS trims—but only as part of the Super Cruise package. This bundle includes advanced driving assistance features such as enhanced parking assist, a heated rear wiper, a head-up display, and the Super Cruise driver-assist system itself. The upgraded sound system addresses one of the chief complaints from current owners about the lower trims.

Pricing remains stable across trims: the LT front-wheel-drive starts at $44,700, the RS front-wheel-drive at $50,500, and the SS all-wheel-drive trim at $60,700. Switching to all-wheel drive adds $3,000 on top of the base price. However, the Super Cruise package now costs $3,795, marking a $540 increase over the previous year.

Battery capacity for the LT and RS trims stays consistent with the 2026 model, utilizing an 85 kWh pack. EPA range estimates are pending official confirmation but are expected to remain between approximately 283 and 312 miles depending on the trim and drivetrain configuration.

While the Blazer EV's starting price is higher than some competitors like the Tesla Model Y and Hyundai IONIQ 5, it offers a longer body and more interior space, which may appeal to buyers prioritizing roominess. As the 2027 models approach launch, potential buyers may find incentives on the outgoing 2026 stock.
